
Our bodies are such amazing teachers, for us, and we often do not give them the due respect.
I listen to my body, period.
I love to exercise and I always listen to my body equal to how I listen to my mind.
To BE happy, I need to know what makes my body HAPPY!
My body craves change, and so I keep it guessing and interested by doing different types of physical activity every day based on what it needs.
This is what my body LOVES!
So each day I ask myself, “body, what kind of exercise do you want me to do?”
Because when body and mind are connected - we are being true to ourselves and truly honest and happy and healthy!
Similarly, if our body is not feeling so great, we must not ignore this important message from our body. Maybe it is time to put your feet up, or walk outside and get fresh air, ground yourself by getting your hands in the dirt, take a soothing bath with your favorite oils...
BALANCE IS KEY.
While being active is great and healthy, it is just as healthy to LISTEN to our body when it tells us it needs something, even if it is a break.
It is SO IMPORTANT to know when to listen, and when to challenge. Know the difference between your limiting mind, and your honest body.
The body does not hide anything. You will KNOW when something is RIGHT or WRONG.
Use this to your advantage, your body will tell you when something is amiss.
Listen to your body and adjust your daily routine, food and habits until your body is truly happy!
